Introduction

The main function of this division is the organisation of all the State Festivals conducted by the Department of Cultural Affairs. The State Advisory Boards are functioning by this Promotion Division. There are 11 State Advisory Boards. A number of projects are implemented under this Division with the assistance of these Boards.
